Is it important for students to evaluate their teachers?

The quality of teachers matter how good or bad students will be. Students have almost nothing at first, and teachers give to them.And not only that, teachers can also give curiosity that will make them explore after they leave school. I think it is important for students to evaluate their teachers for 3 reasons.

First, teachers are human who make mistakes. Even passionate teachers will have problem in teaching because of the diversity of student's activity that will bring about uncertainty. Even experienced teachers will have problem that has never happened. By giving a feedback, teachers would notice the problems students had, but not noticed.
