I went jogging with my friend last night, it's had been a while since the last time due to the devastating earthquake, we weren't in the mood of going outside and running. But yesterday was really warm in the daytime, but it was a bit cold at night.
We ran around the "赤坂御所" which is Japanese Emperor's land, and that is about 4km long with ups and downs, guarded by police. This is very popular place for runner and popular because of its quiet atmosphere and its shape that is round. We started running around there as always last night. As soon as we started, we noticed it was extremely dark, all the buildings around there and lights standing on the streets were off, people really putting a lot of effort in saving electricity. And I felt it was something exciting, because that darkness and quietness can not be realized except for this occasion. I wonder what if all the Tokyo stop electricity, what is it like?
And we talked as we run, about what were you doing when the earthquake happened, and FinalFantasy 10 that made me cry, and comics.
FF10 is quite nice video game that is on PlayStation2, I didn't play it but I recently watched someone play it online, this kind of video uploaded is called "実況動画" that means someone play videogame with his/her explanation or comment. That is really catching on. But there is not only bright side, but there is some problems like some of those videos uploaded immediately after the video game on sale. People started not to buy the video game, because it is enough just to watch those videos.
